Glass Lewis Publishes Policy Changes for 2022

On 15 November 2021, Glass Lewis released its guideline updates for its main voting policies for 2022. These updates will be effective from the 2022 AGM season and apply to all shareholder meetings thereafter.

Board Gender Diversity, Executive Remuneration, Board Committee Composition and Performance, Environmental Risk, Social Risk and Say on Climate are among the major topics updated by Glass Lewis in their 2022 policy update.
