Mark Simms
Chief Executive Officer

Mark is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of CMi2i. For 25 years Mark has specialised in the provision of Capital Markets Intelligence Services, with a focus on unique shareholder and debtholder insights. In addition to founding CMi2i, he founded its predecessor Capital Precision. He was previously CEO of Ilios Europe and has held senior positions within the Investor Relations industry, including at Thomson Financial and ICV Ltd. Mark is a regular speaker at International IR and Banking conferences. He has also been involved in Disclosure Policy, Market Transparency, and Law reviews.
Gordon Bloor

Gordon is an experienced CEO, Chairman and advisor in the FinTech and Market Data space, with unique expertise in leading and growing companies in these sectors. Most recently he was CEO of Source: StatPro, the Data division of StatPro Plc, a money management technology solutions provider, where he led the team through the Confluence acquisition. Before that, Gordon was CEO of Tenfore, up to and after its acquisition by Morningstar Real-Time Data. Gordon also has advised various high profile companies on M&A and other transactional deals.
Richard Racz-Clarke

Richard is a co-founder of CMi2i and was part of the Capital Precision team beforehand. He has almost 20 years of capital markets experience, where he has supported issuers across a broad range of activities including standard calendar IR events, as well as when facing a wide variety of special situations. He has also been instrumental in introducing best practice IR concepts into many corporates across Europe and Asia. He was previously at the London Stock Exchange where he was in charge of the mainland European division of the Exchange's IR Solutions department. Richard holds a BSc in Management and Marketing and a MSc in Business Economics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
Daniel Stromgren

Daniel is a co-founder of CMi2i and its predecessor Capital Precision. As Head of Forensic Analytics, Daniel brings over 20 years of forensic share and debt holder analysis experience to CMi2i’s clients. He has been integrally involved in some of the most challenging projects in the financial markets. Prior to founding Capital Precision, Daniel was Lead Analyst at The Carsons Group and Senior Analyst at Thomson Financial.
Simon Bray

Simon has worked in IR consultancy for over 15 years in a number of roles, having also worked with clients and advisors on some of Europe’s largest transactions in recent years. He was previously director of sales at Capital Precision, working with many of Europe's largest issuers, focusing on Northern and Central Europe, and Latin America. He was also CEO of the Nordic subsidiary of PrecisionIR.

With over 15 years of capital markets experience and a deep insight into the Iberian & Latin American markets, Gloria leads CMi2i’s Madrid office with unique expertise. She has previously held roles at Banco Santander Paris in the Accounting & Finance Department, at BBVA London in the Commercial Banking department, at Bloomberg London and most recently at Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq as the Iberia Sales Manager. Gloria holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a BA from the Investment Management programme by LBS in London. She speaks 4 languages and is based in Madrid.

Massimiliana Smith

Massimiliana has close to 15 years experience in both Debt and Equity IR. Massi has worked with issuers and their advisors across the globe on both corporate actions and Debt IR activities, analysing over $100billion worth of bondholders in the secondary market. Prior to joining CMi2i she was a director at Nexum ID and Thomson Reuters. She has a Master’s degree in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and speaks 5 languages.

Marian divides her time between New York, the home of the world’s largest capital markets, and Europe. Marian was previously a joint founder of capital markets advisory business Makinson Cowell and a director of the company for 30 years. She has advised listed companies in the UK, France and Germany on all aspects of their relationships with international investors, has worked with large, mid and small-cap companies and has experience in most industry sectors.

Duane has over thirty years of experience in financial markets. He first worked for Credit Suisse First Boston in New York in a variety of roles including fixed income trading, financial engineering and liability management. In 2003 he moved to London to establish a liability management team for UBS responsible for EMEA and Asia. From 2009 until March 2023 he held a similar position at Deutsche Bank. He has extensive experience in debt capital markets having collaboratively managed over 1,000 transactions for corporates, financial institutions and governments around the world. Duane holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.

Harry has over thirty years of experience in global capital markets. He first worked for JP Morgan Cazenove, in both London and New York, in a variety of Institutional Sales roles. He was then a partner involved in the setting up and running of the European office of Paulson & Co. Inc., the leading New York based hedge fund specialising in merger arbitrage and event driven investing. He has extensive experience in shareholder engagement and investment analysis, specialising in M&A and restructuring transactions. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a B.S. (Econ) in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics.
Nancy Hameni

Nancy has over 9 years of experience in Investor Relations, shareholder communications, corporate governance, transactional services and activist situations. She has extensive experience in investor engagement services in the UK, France and Benelux among others. She worked on over 350 meetings and cross-border assignments and advised numerous corporate clients on high profile shareholders campaigns, successfully securing the desired outcome and support. Nancy who is a French native, holds a B.A. in Law & Business and a LPC (Legal Practice Course/ Solicitor qualification) from the University of Law in London.

Before joining CMi2i, Ben was Head of Sales & Marketing at Argus Vickers, the UK shareholder ID and data specialist. With a superb ability to translate complex shareholder analysis into digestible and actionable information, Ben successfully helps and advises clients around the world on how to fulfil their IR and Corporate strategies.

Janine has spent the last 10 years working for SME’s in the financial services sector in the City of London. She has worked with companies from start up through to maturity and exit. Janine works closely with management and the Board to streamline operations and provide strategic guidance. Janine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA/CGMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Sarah has 15 years of experience in the capital markets sector. Having started at Capital Precision as an analyst, Sarah has since played a critical role in account management and operational positions at DF King and now CMi2i. She currently oversees all aspects of shareholder identification reporting for clients, managing the production team and CMi2i’s proprietary ecosystem of data.
